The Photobooth Solution can serve as an entry point for email and other personal data collection.

In some cases, Broox Technologies SLU might act as a Data Processor under a contract to capture and store temporarily the personal data requested by the contractor.

Broox Technologies SLU will not permanently store personal data.

Any personal data collected under instruction from the contracting entity will be securely delivered to said entity, whom will have full Data Controller responsibility over the collected data.
